Ingredients
250g plain flour
75g caster sugar
175g butter
Method
Turn your oven to 160 degrees to heat it up.
Sift the flour into a large bowl and add the sugar, mix together. cut the butter up into cubes and add to the flour mix, rub the butter into the flour and sugar until it resembles breadcrumbs.
Once you have breadcrumbs squeeze it together into a ball and then knead it a little until the mixture is a soft ball. Roll this out to about 1.5 cm thick and cut out with round cutters (or use a small glass if you don't have a cutter).
Place on a baking sheet and place into the oven for 20 - 25 minutes. Once cooked put on a cooling rack to crisp up.
Don't eat them all at once!
