This week is a bit of a strange one, I have to do a Glucose Tollerance Test to check if I have Gestational Diabetes with this pregnancy which means I have to eat a really carb rich diet for a few days. Sounds great but it's a LOT of food to eat and it get's a bit disgusting after the first day!
Meal Plan for 4 July
Saturday - Bonfire Baked Potatoes (Baked potatoes with bacon and chives)
Sunday - Kale and Mushroom Lasagne (new recipe)
Monday - Sausage pasta bake
Tuesday - Crispy Beef with noodles
Wednesday - Lemon Chicken with mash, cabbage and peas
Thursday - Chilli Con Carne
