New Troo!
Decided to cheer myself up (and cover my expanding ass in the process) with some cool new maternity trousers (from Target of all places!). I can see me wanting to wear these even after bub is born, hey who would want to give up elasticated waists if they didn't have to? Bonus is they will go with a lot of different things I have already and make me feel like a funky monkey instead of a big frump.
I am a doofus, Clock said 5.30 (so did the bean, get up mama bear, I'm hungry). Baby brain thought, daylight savings ended (mental high five for remembering!) so it's actually 6.30, I can have brekkie - yeah! The realisation the clocks went BACK an hour and it was actually 4.30... not so good. Upside is a no guilt nana nap later on and a morning walk to build up to lunch.
Our Sunday walks have gone by the wayside for a while and I have no good reason why this has happened, probably the heat and time taken shopping for the bean... or maybe I'm just lazy. With the GD I have to make sure I'm exercising everyday so it's a good reason to get out and enjoy the sunshine in the cooler weather that Sydney has been putting on for us and today I made sure we did. Nice work Manly beach!
On a Sunday I like to catch up with my favourite blogs and dream about living in the New York, owning my own super stylish house or having a wardrobe to die for. Imagine my delight to find a new one (another reason for enjoying a 4.30 start today!). So here is my new favourite read, hope you will enjoy The Day Book as much as I am. She's a young mama with a great casual style that's affordable for everyone!
Knit wit
Technically this isn't mine, but I can easily say it's my most favourite thing this week. Unlike me (who can only knit a scarf!) my very clever Mammy knitted the Bean this amazing Dragon that we named Ivor in memory of my fabulous Welsh Grandad. Hope the Bean loves it as much as I do!
