Of course he is top of the list! And he will probably be my favourite thing ever for the rest of my life, until he drives me nuts that is... Loving being a Mum and this little man is a pleasure to look after so far, eating and sleeping well and generally just being the cutest thing I have ever met.
He is my rock. Labour was hard on us both, but he was a star and has been making sure both myself and the Bean are very well looked after since we got home. And can I just mention, how beautiful is your man with a newborn? Melts my heart to see him with our son.

I do love a good bit of retro design so you know I got myself all worked up when I found Oooh Betty. With more retro inspiration than you can shake a granny square at, it makes me crave a funky little room decorated in crazy colours and cool designer furniture. Check it out here.
I've never been one to laze about in my jammies, but my C-Section wound makes them the most comfortable things I have, so why not? It's not like I'm going anywhere at the moment as even a shuffle to our local shops (which was not even a 5 minute walk pre Bean) is exhausting me.
My poor feet took a bit of a pounding towards the end of my pregnancy, swollen, puffy things that couldn't fit into shoes from carrying the extra weight. I never thought of myself as a shoe person, but I can't begin to say how happy I am to be able to wear nice shoes again (check out my new high tops, how cool are they?) and give myself a pedicure! No more hoof like hobbit feet, they can look pretty again and enjoy a bit of pampering.
I had never heard of Laura Mvula but I shazamed the song used in the Bonds advert on TV and found out it was sung by her. I love this tune! If you want to hear the full thing rather than the snipped on the advert click here, I don't think you'll be disappointed by this funky songstress.
