This year I have a few things I want to do:
Take part in Fat Mum Slim's Photo a day challenge. I dipped in and out of this last year and this year I am determined to stick with it. I have written down the prompts for January and am working on some ideas for the next few days. I'll post the images in my Sunday Favourite Things so you can keep up with it.
Try a new recipe each week for a year. We both love to cook and used to try new things regularly, this fell by the wayside when I had gestational diabetes and then with the arrival of the Bean it was just whatever was quick and easy.
Stop drinking soft drinks. I don't drink tea or coffee and my only 'nice' drink in a day may be a soft drink. Not a good habit. I have stopped and started with soft drink over the last couple of years, but this year I'm knocking it on the head. No more fizzy pop! The only time I'm allowing myself some is at the movies as a treat, we don't go very often these days so I don't feel too bad about having it now and then.
