Cue tears and snot and a giant pity party.
Once I calmed down I decided I needed a time out. The TV went off, the Bean was in his bed and I sat in silence for 10 minutes ignoring the piles of washing, dirty dishes, floor that needs vacuumed and tonight's dinner.
After nearly three months I have finally realised I'm not super woman. It's not just my physical heath I need to look after it's my mental health too. I need to build in some quiet time each day to unwind but I'm not sure how I'll do it.
