It's no secret that we love a stir fry in this house so when you find one to add to your recipe book you want to share it. This one is a bit special as you marinate the meat before cooking so you need a bit of prep, but once you get cooking it's quick and simple.
Ingredients
2 garlic cloves crushed
2 tbs oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
500g rump steak, thinly sliced
2tbs black bean sauce
1/4 cup beef stock
1 red pepper/capsicum thinly sliced
baby corn halved
Small tim bamboo shoots
1 spring/green onion
1 tbs peanut oil
2 packets of noodles
Place garlic, oyster sauce and sesame oil in a bowl and mix. Chop up your beef and add it to the bowl. Put in the fridge for at least 3 hours, we put ours in for 7 and it was delish!
Put stock, bean sauce in a bowl and combine.
Heat wok and add half the peanut oil, fry veg for 4-5 minutes and put into a bowl.
Add rest of oil to the wok and cook the beef, add bean sauce mix and veggies and noodles into the wok and stir to heat.
Serve and race to see who finishes first!
