What's that? Fish and pasta? Yes indeedy it is and it's a tasty combo, even if I do say so myself. It's a light dish and a bit different to most pasta dishes we scoff. If you are up for something different, give it a go!
Ingredients
2 filets of white fish cut into chunks
1 long red chilli (seeded and finely chopped)
2 cloves garlic
1 cup white wine
1 tablespoon butter
spaghetti
Chopped flat leaf parsley
Add pasta to boiling salted water, leave to cook.
Heat up a frying pan and add a little olive oil, fry the garlic and chilli and cook for a minute.
Add the wine and butter, bring to the boil and turn down to simmer for 5 mins.
Add the fish and some salt and pepper, cook for a few minutes till the fish is cooked through.
Sprinkle some parsley over the top and serve with the pasta.
Too easy!
